Refunds/Returns

First and foremost, thank you for your purchase! We thoroughly inspect our goods before shipping to ensure you a quality product. We are a small business and currently cannot offer a refund on used candles for both U.S. and international purchases.

However, should damage occur during shipping, we will most certainly offer a replacement or refund for the same amount of your purchase. Please submit a photograph of the damage, within a maximum amount of 14 days of receiving your package, and we will either refund or exchange for the purchased amount. (Including shipping and handling - hey, accidents happen!) Please reach out to our service department at info@threepalmscandleco.com for further details.

Exchanges
You may exchange your unused item for another item of the same price and size within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Sale Items
All sale products are a final sale and do not qualify for an exchange or return. Thank you for understanding.
